We recently participated in back-to-back trade shows dedicated to the trailer dealer market, giving us the opportunity to strengthen relationships with key partners and showcase our growing portfolio of trailer solutions. At the center of our efforts was our revolutionary Safe Assist ramp door assist, a product that dealers have been instrumental in helping us promote to trailer manufacturers as a standard feature.

The first event was the NATDA (North American Trailer Dealers Association) Trailer Show in Nashville, TN—the same show where we originally launched Safe Assist in 2022. Immediately following was the inaugural NATM (National Association of Trailer Manufacturers) Trailer Expo in Oklahoma City, OK. As long-standing NATM members and strong supporters of the trailer industry, we felt it was important to be part of this first-time event. Despite the timing so close to NATDA, the NATM's event brought in regional dealers and manufacturers who had not attended the NATDA show. According to Michael Hotaling, this event has strong potential to grow in the coming years.

Safe Assist drew considerable attention at both shows, with dealers actively requesting it and introducing it to new manufacturers. However, our displays extended far beyond that. Our engineering team designed and assembled new product display panels highlighting a variety of trailer solutions, including our bar lock and hinge series, safety chains, cargo control tracks, floor screws, and drag wheels. These displays attracted significant booth traffic and earned positive feedback for both their design and the innovation of the products themselves.

We also introduced a new adhesive by SABA called Sabatack® 950 Boost. This product is excellent for trailer manufacturing due to benefits that include compatibility with standard cartridge guns and a built-in booster that speeds curing time.

Additionally, composite panels generated considerable discussion, with many manufacturers seeking alternatives to wood flooring to eliminate the risk of rot.

In summary, both trade shows were excellent opportunities to connect with dealers, support the trailer industry, and highlight Safe Assist and the full breadth of our innovative product lineup. From adhesives and composites to hardware and cargo solutions, our team demonstrated that we are committed to delivering products that help manufacturers and dealers build safer, stronger, and more advanced trailers.
